When you submit a campaign-fit assessment, we collect the business contact information and hiring details you choose to provide. This may include your name, work email, company, optional phone number, role, geography, hiring frequency, hiring constraints, and notes.
We also collect limited technical and attribution information, such as the page that brought you here, campaign parameters, browser type, consent choices, and a one-way hash derived from your network address for security and abuse prevention.
How we use information
- Evaluate and respond to your campaign-fit request.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and assessment.
- Measure marketing performance when you permit analytics or advertising tools.
- Send occasional insights only when you separately choose to receive them.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect NotLooking, users, and the public.
Consent and cookies

How information is disclosed
Service providers may process information on our behalf for hosting, security, analytics, communication, and customer-relationship management. We do not sell business inquiry data for money. Retention

Candidate information
This website does not currently accept candidate applications. Candidate information collected through a live employer campaign is governed by the notice presented in that campaign and the principles described in our Candidate data policy.
