Candidate data

Interest is a choice.

NotLooking campaigns are designed to create transparent, opt-in hiring conversations—not hidden candidate profiles.

This site is for employers

The campaign-fit form on this website is for businesses evaluating NotLooking Campaigns. It does not accept job applications and does not create candidate profiles.

Campaign-specific notice

When a live employer campaign invites candidate interest, the candidate experience will identify the relevant opportunity, explain who receives the information, describe the qualification questions, and obtain affirmative consent before submission.

What may be collected

Depending on the role, a campaign may ask for contact details and observable, job-related information such as credentials, geography, schedule, or relevant experience. Campaigns should not request protected characteristics or unrelated sensitive information.

How information may be used

Candidate information is used to evaluate fit for the disclosed opportunity, support employer follow-up, measure the hiring process, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. It is not used to make a fully automated employment decision.

Employer responsibility

The hiring employer controls interviews, employment decisions, job requirements, and employment-law compliance. NotLooking provides recruitment marketing and campaign operations unless a written agreement clearly states another responsibility.

Access, deletion, and questions

Each live campaign will provide an appropriate contact path for questions and privacy requests. General candidate-data questions may be sent to privacy@notlooking.ai.
